Technical delivery Spark building
Thanks to good preparations and constructive cooperation between all parties involved, the technical delivery of the temporary building for the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Spark building, took place today.
Technical delivery means that the reconstruction work has been completed and the building has been adapted in accordance with the requirements of EMA.
On 7 December, the papers will be signed, formally making the Central Government Real Estate Agency the owner of the building.
In the coming weeks, furniture and office automation will be delivered and all equipment will be tested. The building will be ready on 1 January - as agreed. EMA can then move from London to Amsterdam. EMA must have left London on 30 March.
